Truco Uruguayo is a widely popular card game in Uruguay, known for its multiplayer format that allows for 1v1 matches or teams of 2 or 3 players.
In this game, the objective is to be the first to reach the agreed-upon number of points in order to win the match. Each player is dealt 3 cards, and a card is turned over which serves as the "muestra" or showing. The player who throws the highest card wins the round, and the best out of three rounds wins the hand along with its corresponding points.
